a. Turn the toggle switch to start the water pump operation
b. Observe the readings of the ammeter and voltmeter on the stabilized power supply; Current and voltage are within 5% of the high value
c. Observe the water pump's filling height and measure the height as soon as the water overflows
2. DC brushless water pump flow test;
a. After normal operation of the water pump, test the flow rate for 1 minute. Is the flow rate at the set value of 5% liters per hour?
b. There are no obstacles at the inlet of the water pump
c. There should be no air or bubbles inside the hose. If there are air or bubbles, first turn off the power supply of the water pump, wait for the water level in the plastic hose to reach zero, and then turn on the power again for testing and observation.
d. Is the contact between the hose and the water pump outlet outstanding
3. Leakage test:
a. Insert the plastic open hose 10CM into the inlet and outlet of the water pump
b. After the water pump operates normally and draws water, keep the inlet pipe in the water, tightly block the outlet with your hand, and wipe off the water outside the pump to see if there are any water droplets or seepage from the pump.
